B-Hop seems to always find a way to neutralize his opponents best weapon - and that being Hearns Right hand. B-Hop by UD - but it's usually the only way he wins.
Hearns was at his best at WW. At Middleweight, I don't see how he could have beaten one of the best Middleweights in history.
Hopkins in the mid to late 90's beats MW Hearns. Hopkins who beat Trinidad is not as good as that Hopkins, and the fight would be much closer, perhaps Hearns wins.
Hearns is way better p4p but he woudnt be able to beat B-Hop at MW. Hearns has a puncher's chance. Maybe at a catch weight he would have a better chance.
If Oscar could stay in the fight as long as he did I don't see why Hearns couldn't. Also, Hearns would give B-Hop way more to think about.
Hearns.. I'm biased though, i'm a huge fan. hearns could and would win a tight points decision. Can't see Hopkins stopping really - not a huge hitter, and I'm assuming the fight is 12 rounds. May change my pick over 15. Hearns seems to be being cast here as nothing more than a right hand bomber, which is so far from the truth it's not funny. Ask Virgil Hill if Hearns could be pure boxer or not.
