You know Kessler is just a hype job. I can't believe some of yall think this guy is really that good and he is not. What has this guy got to think he can beat Hopkins, Let me guess he younger. He is not a technician at all and some you think he is because he fights all these European fighters that not even good. Honestly Whats the biggest name on his resume !!! Unless he beat Bute and Taylor I'm not impress at all and Im not falling in to this hype about Kessler. Kessler has nothing that Hopkins already seen before and Hopkins would do the exact same thing he did with Pavlik (take him out of his comfort zone and just beat him in every category for 12 straight rounds). If you dont agree please expaln !!!!
What kind of question is that? Either answer, i either look physically unable, or arrogant. But i would say very, as i have always taken to a very wide range of different physical tasks with relative ease. Though i don't really believe in natural ability, hence why i won't lower my opinion of a fighter who relies on hand speed, or ring movement, as that is ridiculous. There are hundreds of factors throughout a persons life that can effect it, so i am not going to claim that person was born with a natural advantage when for all i know a series of irrelevant unrelated activities and tasks could have enhanced that attribute greatly over the years.
Spare me the manipulation, sore ass. Can't read? I said these results are based on MULTIPLE 12 ROUND FIGHTS. C-level opponent?? What is the relevance of that? NOTHING? Yeah. It only works if the conditions are comparable, numbers don't give a **** about names. You want to critique? Do your own research and prove me wrong, typical internet *****.
I'm not overrating Kessler's power - I simply stated that he punches more forcefully than Calzaghe. That is probably a universally accepted fact. He stopped his last opponent with a jab. Yes, it was Danilo Haussler, but I'll take that any day over the windmill stoppage Calzaghe got over Manfredo. And Taylor's connect rate wasn't high against Hopkins but it didn't matter. The key is putting enough pressure on him to prevent him from setting up his counters and not giving him idle time to plan out his attack. As long as Kessler is the aggressor (like Taylor was in the rounds he won against Hopkins), he has the tools to disrupt Hopkins' game and win the fight.
You have to be one to truly know one, universally speaking, yes? Ok... You say you "don't believe" in natural ability? It sounds to me like this subject, and everything else for that matter, is going to remain the way you see it. You're a good poster though, K. Just a little forceful on the concepts for my taste. I'm just going to give you what it actually is - no opinion.
Kessler is more like Taylor than Pavlik. like Taylor but with a better jab and better stamina. Not as good a hook.
Only Taylor is an excellent puncher, and Kessler is so selective about counter punching his brain actually has to have a summit and vote before anything happens.
I'm the typical internet *****, while you're the one who resorting to name calling because you're oversensitive and become aggressive when someone criticizes something you wrote? :think You want some advice? Your "research" is subjective and doesn't prove anything.
I already told you there's no manipulating me, sophmore. Your little punchline didn't even roll nicely. "Want some advice?...." WEAK. Go try that **** on some of your fellow idiots.
You're confusing a punchline with me mocking your "You want to critique?" line. Sophmore? Idiot? Stupid? Sore ass? Why are you even bothering with this bull****? I criticized your post. You got hostile. I responded. You got more hostile. What about that situation needs manipulating?
Rookie? Sure, because I came into existence when I registered to this forum. I'd certainly never ever been on the big scary internet before. And what exactly am I trying to take over?
