Hopkins vs Kovalev possible?

No Hopkins fan but he will fight anyone, although it does bother me he fought Murat, who? Instead of of kov.

 

I think that after Hopkins beats Stevenson and obtains the third LHW division belt he will call it a day and retire, or he may use the three belts to get one more Super Finale fight with someone bigger and with more draw than Kovalev like Ward.

This is because next year Hopkins will be 51 and much too old to continue on the path he has been riding.
He'll either retire as the unified LHW champion or have one last Super fight as he was attempting to line up with Mayweather.

 

is stevenson vs hopkins definitely happening then, ive seen a few people acting like its an already confirmed fight.

 

Both Stevenson and Hopkins have publically stated that each wanted the fight to unify.
Stevenson said it after his fight in his post fight interview and Hopkins stated it again in his post Shemenov fight interview.
They are both on Showtime and it is the biggest money fight for each as well as a title unification fight.
I can't see why it wouldn't happen unless Stevenson suddenly has a change of mind.
