I specifically remember scoring it an exact draw and was annoyed yet expecting of the judges score cards.
I had Hopkins winning slightly, but clearly. Winky had put on 10lbs from his previous fight and it was definately a bloated version of himself, but put in a good effort.
i remembered this fight for the strategic headbutts to winky's cut and thinking, there's probably one man in boxing at the time that could beat such a tough style like winks and there he was, BHOP.
As a Hopkins fan, Dawson gives me the scares nobody else would maybe with the exception of David Haye for the power and speed. Dawson's work from Hopkins leftfield will completely get his left hand as a defensive weapon, range finder and you can sense that's what's gonna happen when you see Bernard's shadow boxing... Problem is that it is difficult to block, slip and counter so Nard has to be first and this fella, Chad, is loose enough to change up a right jab to a right hook or lead with a double right hook and that leaves nothing for Hopkins to shoot at if he can't set his feet right in between's Chad's... It is an awesome interesting fight.
