Hopkins wants Danny Green at CW - "We are in negotiations"

Maybe an Aussie can answer this question, but do they consider the IBO to be a major belt in Australia? I've noticed that over the years, a lot of IBO champs come from Australia (Green, Geale, Bika, Ellis, Asiku, etc.) and South Africa (Makepula, Joyi, N'Dou, Dlamini, etc.). Just wondering if they give more weight to that belt than the rest of the world does.
