Shut up *******, who the fukk do you think you are to call out who the real fans are and aren't.
GGG doesn't have as much raw power as Kovalev P4P he knows how, where and with the right amount of leverage to place his punches to get the maximum impact, Kovalev is far more heavy handed than GGG, he doesn't have to come close to landing his punches accurately to KO someone, and to add to that the amount of time it takes for GGG to typically KO an opponent is longer than Kovalev takes, Sergey could have blown Hopkins out of their in the first 2 or 3 rounds if he wanted to, but he didn't because he wanted to show just how skilled he is.

I'm not reading stats I don't even know what their Boxrec KO percentage is, I've seen everyone of their matches except for a few, I'm speaking from what I've watched:admin not what I've read.

Completely agree with this. Kovalov has freakish punching power who knocks down and often out big lightheavyweights with single punches to head or body. Triple G punches hard for a middleweight.
Both are great boxers who master distance well and cut off the ring and are great counter punchers. Kovolov hits so much harder punch for punch as he is the much bigger fighter.

    stfu you ***** boy.
I don't know or care enough to look but some "fans: on here go off of ko% as a way of saying who has more power than another fighter. that is the dumbest thing to ever take into consideration for ones true power.

and p4p ggg is the better, harder more accurate puncher between him and kov. both have ridiculous power but placement of shots factors lots into determining ones power.

ggg is the second most accurate puncher in the game and the best, hardest hitter p4p. kov is a somewhat close 2nd p4p puncher.

truth is MOST on here aren't true fans of the sport. its painfully obvious by reading almost every single thread. if you cant pick up on what posters know the sport and what posters don't really know the sport you are probably one of the ladder posters

I think most of us are fight fans. lol. most people dont spend their time posting on boxing forums, if they dont enjoy the sport. unless your MVC or Ciscoroute ofc.

You're a loudmouth know it all, something which I try my best not to come across as, and you're also by your own admission prejudicial, maybe you should research posters past opinions before declaring them insufficiently knowledgeable, at least to your own high standards.
And if you don't care then try resisting your immature urge to put down all of the perceived (in your opinion) dumb posters.

I said nothing, but how do we know who the harder puncher is between the 2, they seem about even, that is all, yet you call me stupid.
You nor I, know who the more powerful puncher is, yet you make a declarative statement like you've been in the ring with both of them almost empirically who the harder puncher is.

I'm really good at reading the intelligence level of most posters, I can tell by how they write and the words they use, I pick up on the subtle nuances far more than most, my level of reading comprehension is incredibly sharp, and you my friend suffer from a severely limited intellectual capacity, your lack of proper punctuation, several misspellings, limited vocabulary and extemporaneous rambling bordering on incoherence all point to the fact, that you are very dull.
Its this inferiority complex that you possess, which causes you to lash out, its makes you feel better about your own shortcomings by ridiculing others.
By the way its latter not ladder, you ****ing ******.

The size between GGG and Kovalev is something worth noting that many seem to be side stepping.

Kovalev hits harder in absolute terms I think, GGG is more accurate and forces openings better.

Kovalev has said GGG punches like a Sledgehammer...think it would be a Death Wish for Hopkins.!!!

Kovalev Said...a bit broken English but you get what He saying......

While working in the ring, he - a real GM. Or take the world champion in the category of up to 72.6 kg Gennady Golovkin. He stands for Kazakhstan, but I think it is ours. Gena We are on friendly terms, a lot of training together. Golovkin like and does not look very brutal, but what are his punches! Frankly, was stunned when his last opponent Grzegorz Proksa found the strength to reach the fifth round. Fellow Pole! I should not just standing with Golovkin in pairs and know very well the power of his fists. He hits like a sledgehammer. Here's a boxer, which I really like. It has a great future.

Discounting jabs to fighter's weak bodies, when's the last time Kovalev ko'd someone with his left ?
His power is in his right, and only from mid-range/long range.

This is why Popkins managed to hang in there for so long, because he knew where the danger was coming from.

GGG will batter him in 8 rds or less.

Actually this is better than Hopkins vs GGG. Sturm is already fighting at 168. Hopkins will try to drag Golovkin to 170lbs just like he tried to do to Martinez and how he dragged Pavlik there too. No need for that. Hopkins should fight a "name" from SMW like Ward, Chavez Jr, Froch or Sturm instead.
