Former undisputed middleweight champion, Bernard Hopkins, said that he would like to close out his career with a return bout against WBC light heavyweight Jean Pascal, a subsequent fight with southpaw ex-WBC interim light heavyweight titlist Chad Dawson, and a match up opposite southpaw IBF super middleweight belt-holder Lucian Bute.

I agree with you. That's why I was mad at the outcome of the Pascal fight because with Hopkins, it can't just be oh well we'll get him next time type thing

Its a tall order if you ask me.

As far as I'm concerned he already beat Pascal.

Damn. What a warrior, at this age taking on such hot young established fighters.

What's even more amazing is that he just might do it, too.

This is a welcome change. BHop is usually quoted for his racist outbursts.

If he can man up and make those fights, then he will push the boundaries of legendary (especially if he was to win!)

Hopkins will not fight 3 more times.

He def will not fight Dawson. He would not beat Dawson.

I do think he'd take Bute.

ive been a fan of BHopkins since his loss loss to RJJ this second fight could be more difficult (for BHOP) than the first if thats possible Pascal will be really pumped for the return bout I would rather see BHOP fight Dawson that would be a great fight

Hopkins said he think he won 7 rounds on ESPN. With 2 KD, it's a draw.

yea, i was thinking the same thing. i gave it more thought and i think he is trying to make Pascal feel good about himself. i think he is trying be kind to him in hopes that Pascal feels more confident and decides to take a rematch.

In the same interview on ESPN, Hopkins said he thinks both fighters fought a great fight - a big difference to what he said at the post-fight conference when he said Pascal was holding and running from an old grandpa.
