After Danny Greens destruction of Roy Jones Jr., lets wait & see if Hopkins has the balls to step up to the plate. After all, he did want that rematch against an old & shot Jones Jr.
Green a very game fighter lots of experience former beltholder just proved what he can do when given the chance. He can give Hopkins a very hardtime. Dont expect Hopkins to take the fight. High risk low reward.
Green is very tough, has ok skill, ok speed, ok combinations, ok footwork. He is just an ok fighter. If Hopkins were to fight him and do some homework he would quickly find out that Greens face would be a magnet for both Nards sneaky hands :yep Green is very robotic but extremely tough and durable. Just watch his sparring with a roided up James Toney, he doesnt back down for anyone :deal
Green is ok at best. Paul Briggs was always better of the 2 Aussies. I think a prime Briggs would beat Green pretty easily imo.
Hopkins won't have much footage of Green to study after last night's 1:22 second effort :yep one twenny tu baybee, wan twenny tew
Hopkins is better then Roy, roy needs his athletic ability to win..... Hopkins has the brain, and the craft.... and would outbox green to a UD imo.
