His acting was PATHETIC. He pulled the same **** against Calzaghe. In the meanwhile, he's throwing intentional accidental headbutts all night.

Jones taps him on the back of the head once, which happens constantly in boxing and Hopkins did plenty himself, so he takes a knee.... and the ref takes a point away?!

Don't get me wrong, i'm all for penalizing rabbit punches. But then do it FAIR. Apply the rules on both boxers. Not the one who takes a knee and fakes being extremely hurt when it was nothing compared to a normal, solid punch.

Stuff like this ruins a sport. Soccer has become a joke because of these lame "tactics".

Yeah, I think this fight was a pathetic exercise in self-indulgence.

I disagreed with you about Dirrell faking it.

But this I totally agree. Hopkins was a disgrace, a spoiler and the fact that he was hitting low, butting him and throwing rabbit punches really put me off.

I thought his acting was horrible enough against calzaghe but this one even worst

my dad was so pissed by hopkins act that it kinda disturbed me cause he keep saying how this fight was a joke/made up/stupid etc and never stop saying all that stuff through out the fight while I'm still trying to enjoy these 2 old man fighting

He's either shot and should never be allowed in the ring again or he's taken this nonsense too far and needs to **** off anyway. I'm pretty gutted as he's one of my very favourites, ever.

That fight kinda damaged his boxing legend aura. Probably permanently.

Yes - the acting was terrible - but we all know Hopkins fights to the level of his competition. I don't know why anyone would expect fireworks from these two. The fight went exactly as I expected. Both should retire - but I wouldn't mind seeing Bhop face Toney or Danny Green - just to gain another belt. The Haye fight isn't going to happen - nor is any fight at Heavyweight for him.

That was no tap on the back of the head that was a KO to the side of the head ..Hopkins deserves an Oscar for that performance as well as a Golden Globe !
