Kessler would put up a much better fight than Pavlik but it seems obvious he'd loose, for the reasons listed above.
I'd favour him over Pavlik though.

 

Mikkel might loose to Bernard...but I bet that he wouldn't get schooled like the friendly ghost!!!

I dunno, Hopkins impressed us all but id still lean to Kessler to beat him over 12.

Kessler is better fundementtally than Pavlik, just distance better and has a masterful jab.

Kessler beats Hop for the same reason Taylor beat him imo, keep the jab pumping, keep the pressure on and force the pace, dont let the old fox run the show. Itd be close but i lean to Kessler to win by 2 or 3 pts.

 

ohhh there we go again .....the guy looses af fight against the unbeaten Calzaghe even went to fight with his hand broken ...and now he's just another eurobum atsch ...and just for the record..who did win Calzaghe or Bernard????

Yup. Kessler's punches are faster and snappier than Pavlik's but he's essentially quite one dimensional too. That crafty ol' dog BHop would find a way to win (even now).

BHop and Calzaghe are a class apart from Pavlik and Kessler.

 

hopkins would beat him too. the guy is too elusive to hit. even calzaghe, who was landing plenty of leather on kessler and lacy, often times would hit gloves, elbows and shoulders against hopkins. hopkins overhand right would be finding kessler time and time again due to the dane's lack of head movement and over reliance on back peddling as defense. hopkins snacks on stand up boxer - puncher types.

 

fans just dont learn....Kesslers just another B class guy, hell i'd put my money on Pavlik whooping Kessler....if the fight wasnt at 175


Hopkins would destroy kessler....because he has nothing to fear against him, or even be cautious of....kessler's not a knock out artist, he's a boxer.....and Hopkins boxing skills are Master Level, ATG level......this is another goldfish vs. a shark

I think Kessler would give Hopkins one hell of a fight. He's a physically very strong and fast guy with a good chin. Plus he has a lovely right uppercut on the inside that could really damage Hopkins
