C'mon Pecks.. Balboa was a promoters dream. He iced 'T' and completely froze the Cold War Drago. Tommy Gunn turned Cannon and Rocky still had enough to take a draw with Tarver.. Ummmm..

You'd think this kind of stuff only happens in the movies.. Duh!! :-(

Not quite 4 years and he's 35, I see your point though.
but as I said above, he'll never be at Camerons level IMO, his skill-set hasn't gone very far in 4 years.

So his best options IMO are to continue to fight C grade domestic level fighters.

    Or get flogged.

    hoppa is fighting for money.

i'm sure he'd rather be doing something easier but he is getting decent cash for the time being. he will probably go back and forwards a little bit in the near future of fighting guys like cameron then having a couple of easier fights to get a few wins. he is NOT fighting to become world champ, eeven hoppa has stated many times publicly that he is a novice just trying to see what he can achieve and to make some good money to look after his family.

Good undercard so far. Samuel Colomban vs Phil Holiday and Frank LaPorto vs Tui Leveni.

John Wayne Parr mate. A Muay Thai Aussie legend and a handy boxer to boot.:thumbsup

Trained a bit with him, great trainer and fighter. Check out his current HW champion on you tube Thor Hoopman and tell us what you think.

Big win for Thor against Sting slowinski. But truth be told Paul's a shadow of his former self and it showed bigtime in the Hoopman fight...Didnt throw any kicks due to his shot Knee.

    Slowinski's leg kicks are lethal..

Thor is definetly the business but just notsure about his size. The k1 heavyweights are bloody massive.Thor tips around 98kgs i think.

I agree. Was talking to Peter Graham who rates Thor highly if K-1 split their classes. Peter in the HW Aussie boxing ranks would be interesting.

I think Thor might be walk around 98 but looks a bit lighter than that fight time.
