    I wonder if there would be more Valuev votes if this poll were not conducted so close to Adamek victory.

    Probably would be. Valuev is valueless but just the fact of his size and getting beat by 44 year old former MW would be huge. It might be a freak show but a lot of people would be clamoring to see it because of how truly huge the Russian neandertal is and would stick in people's memories.

    Adamek would be a good win just because it gives Bernard a championship in a 3rd division. I see Adamek as very limited and not all that difficult for B-hop to dismantle.

    What would great is if he fought Adamek then the giant. He would win both but Valueless IMO would probably duck him.

    How could you say Adamek, obviously he is the better fighter but going up to HW from middle is a huge deal. that and he would be beating a giant.

    If Hops were to defeat Adamek it surely would be another stunning victory, however a win over ValueLESS could give Bernard the superstardom he's always been a step away from.

    If Hopkins were to fight NicoLIE he would be on the news, all of the late night shows, the front page of the sports section of the newspaper...a line in comics jokes...Bernard would essentially cross over into the mainstream with this fight, because KING and Goldenboy could sell something such as this with ease...something that captures the public's imagination upon first mention with intrigue and curiosity. Bernard is a smart enough business man to see that this has an unknown upside...:yep

    ...for his finances, popularity, and legacy. Not to mention every fighters dream of being HW Champ.

    Valuev would mean more I think. Even though Valuev is not that great, he is still a huge guy and beating him would sort of be the last stop for Hopkins great career.

    Handpicking and beating Valuev would mean nothing. Valuev should not even be the WBA Heavyweight Champion. If BHop wants to go the Heavyweight route in legit fashion he needs to fight Vitali Klitschko or Wlad Klitschko. Both have an arguement as the #1 Heavyweight.

    Don't be like Roy Jones and cherrypick a fight do it like Fitzsimmons did and fight THE man in the Division.

    Imagine if B-Hop beats Valuev, and Haye upsets Wlad, there could be a Hopkins vs Haye title fight.
    B-Hop would not only become the real champ, he'd probably be older than Big George while doing it. I think that would make Hopkins the GOAT.
