    sure jeff looks like he was imposing himself but he was getting hit more while coming in, and his hooks where going to the back of pac's head/neck a lot since pac dips hits him at angles when he comes in.
    like the above says, jeff was just being an aggressor who bores in and gets hit, and shouldnt be awarded for that.

    Horn is a bad boxer, he could not box, he just butted, held, wrestled, elbowed, I'm surprised he didn't kick Pac in the testicles, I think he learned that from SOB Ward...................
