Problem with the video is its still subjective, I had a good look at the first couple of rounds and some of it didn't look right in regards to what would have been considered scoring or not plus the fact it isn't the whole unedited fight what to say this angry fanboi who made the video didn't leave half of it out??? Bottom line is did the judges have this to make their decision?? No they based it on their position and made their calls it doesn't really matter now other than for some butthurt Pac fans trying to make themselves fell better about it...
Fights are scored real time, judges don't have the luxury of replay. You can't claim a judge is corrupt or incompetent due to replay. And punch stats don't determine a winner.
That video contradicts compubox. The same guy made a video about compubox negligence. BOXING IS NOT JUDGED BY NUMBER OF LANDED PUNCHES AND COMPUBOX IS FLAWED!
This is like the 3rd time you quoted me about the avatar you dip ****. Wtf do you think its there for? Why don't you judge by the content of the post and not bark up the wrong fkn tree?
its true, i think they were off, also. but that doesnt make the opposite true. just because they werent exact, doesnt mean that it was horn who was doing more scoring. in my mind, i was trying to build a case for pac being washed up by watching his reflexes and keeping an eye on his stamina, but i dont think pac trained for the pace and physicality of the fight and he was fighting a much bigger man who had a very rough and awkward style. his reflexes and speed, although only in bursts, looked the same as the last couple years, imo. he did look like he didnt wanna be there, though. around the 7th rd, i started to see manny putting a lot of heavy damage and was sure he would get the ko, but i still saw him connecting most of the shots that mattered, both in scoring, and in a fight.
Pac clearly won that fight, there is zero doubt about it. Boxing = corruption, this crap is happening way too often............I am thinking about not watching boxing if this crap keeps up.......................perhaps watch UFC and it's more popular than boxing for a reason.....................
Even while Horn was missing punches, Pacquiao was getting physically moved in the fight by arms, elbows, and shoulders. A trained eye sees this and judges accordingly, unfortunately for boxing a lot of judges are not capable of judging a fight by the criteria printed in the rulebooks and instead judge how a lot of fans mistakenly do, by the illusion that because Pacquiao is being made to move backward (in many instances losing balance) it must be because Horn is landing his punches, when in fact he is not.
