Honestly, to me it doesn't matter how you scored the fight, Pacquiao anywhere near his prime wipes the floor with this guy. I felt the same way after the first Tim Bradley fight, and Tim Bradley is better than Horn. Pacquiao hasn't had a knockout since 2009 and IMO has been on a steady decline since he beat Cotto.
