Horn wins WBO rescoring of Pacquiao fight

Why? If another body comes in and confirms the scores they will be called corrupt also. Like the media and other boxers don't have their own agendas also. I am not so certain boxers are the best at judging fights.

 

There is a huge bias for the USA media, its all about who you know as opposed to what you know over there. Same with those in boxing circles, all they could say is who is this guy. I'm sure if Horn was a well know commodity they would have looked at the fight totally differently.

Same with ESPN their guys has it in for this no name from the start of their broadcast...

 

Honestly no matter what these fans of Manny will have some sort of excuse as to why the close fight didn't their boi's way...

 

LOL the Aussie media is way worse, probably the most bias in the world. What about the Aussie commentary team scoring every round apart from the 9th to Horn LOL. The Aussie media is doing everything they can to trick the casuals and sweep this robbery under the mat.

OH wow, some people scored the fight for Horn, Australians even! Can you now provide a source that contradicts this? You claimed it was an American thing, but so many British observers also scored for Pacman. You will also find Canadian and Latin American scores for Pacman. Where is the world wide view you keep promising that had Horn winning?

You now have two options:
1. Admit to talking out of your ass and not having any sources to validate your claim of a world wide opposing view.

You don't have crap...man. We are like 8 posts deep into this, and you haven't produced any evidence of this worldwide view you talked up...you are a troll that can't back up a damn thing.

 

When asked to produce evidence of his claim that the world at large feels Horn was the rightful winner, he mentions the Australia media and an American who scored the fight for Pac...this is ****ing sad.

End of the day there is only 3 scores that matter and they are from the judges.... You can argue all you want about this media guy and that but really we all know scoring is very subjective and that goes both ways.

 

It's a bit rich of him and his buddies to write off anybody who scored the fight for Pac. I thought Pac won clearly as did the majority who saw it.

Half of the RBR thread, live as it was happening, were scoring it as it was happening and ended up with Horn winning.

Most people who did not even watch the fight, yeah, sure, those people are all yapping "robbery" like their boys Stephen A. Smith and Teddy Atlas say without providing scores. Think about that. The side that views Pac the winner via robbery are literally regurgitating many of the same clueless lines spewed by Stephen A. Smith and Teddy Atlas, two of the least respected opinions on boxing in the whole media (respect to Teddy for what he's done, but it's been many years now of him being a senile idiot). It's like "BANG! BANG! BANG!" all over again.

 

For starters take option 2 don't ever give me ultimatum or make threats of putting me on ignore I couldn't care less I need to start doing that myself instead of dealing with trolls.

Interesting development that I didnt expect. If anything this adds to the controversy.

The collective media and fan outrage over the initial decision wont be appeased by this. The decision to review in the first placel is a vague admittance of a wrong.

This more or less is the WBO saying, "we hear ya, but we tough luck."

You said the collective media outrage to which I responded that there wasn't as much outside of America because that is were most of the outrage came from mainly after watching a clearly bias commentary and you were able to provide a writer of magazine/news outlet from Scotland with no link who had it for PAC 117-111 and I pointed out there was an Australian version which had no outrage in there version. I never said there was nobody outside of America who didn't score it for Pac but there wasn't as much outrage because a lot who did have it for Pac admit it was close.Even tho there has been other media such as the English commentator I listened to second time I watched the fight who scored for Horn and others already pointed out in this and other threads,I then provided an article from basically 1st one I found because frankly I don't have a lot of time to waste arguing with you over this as clearly we see different and that's not changing, you think what you are going to think and now as I assumed you going to want to keep going with this.
