First Caballero did not really impress me although he dominated the fight he still looks beatable. He does not properly utilize his tools his delivery looks rather rough. He gets by on pure talent hopefully his trainer can improve him.

Yordan showed heart, he tried and was able to connect a few times when Caballero was showing off.

Berto at times squares himself and exposes his right he gets away with these things against slow talent. Berto has speed but his defense is just **** poor. The kid is pure hype.

Overall it was a crappy affair.

    Horrible fights?

A body-punching clinic and one-sided domination of an undefeated slugger, followed by a close phonebooth war between a desperate fringe contender and a fast but vulnerable young gun...that's a night of horrible fights?

I was very satisfied with the whole evening, starting with Estrada's destruction of Lora (which ESPN was nice enough to schedule to end just before HBO got underway...thanks, ESPN!)

I'm not surprised though that you weren't happy with fights.

    Pac wasn't fighting.

I didn't like the Berto - Quintana fight. Ugly action IMO.

The Caballero fight wasn't too bad though... just very one-sided.

I don't see how you can be down on the fighting. The first fight was interesting and Caballero showed nice skills and dominated. Berto-Quintana for the most part was close and interesting as well and had nice action. Overall, is was a good card IMO. If you want to be down on something be down on the crowd and Lampley. The crowd for the most part was dead and Lampley just sounded bitter.

I agree with you on that my complaint on the under card was that it was a mismatch
