i am assuming you mean which division is the best at present.....my answer is probably welterweight(147) as there is a lot of decent fighters and exciting fighters too.

Super-Bantamweight is **** hot at the moment (Marquez and Vasquez will also be back fighting soon).

If, as expected, Donaire moves up then Super-Flyweight is also looking great.

here's the type 5 for me...

LW - Juan Manuel Marquez, Juan Diaz, Nate Campbell, Joel Casamayor, Michael Katsidis, Anthony Peterson, Joan Guzman, Amir Khan, Brediss Prescott, Edwin Valero
JMW - Sergio Martinez, Sergei Dzindziruk, Vernon Forrest, Ricardo Mayorga, Oscar De La Hoya, Alfredo Angulo, James Kirkland, Daniel Santos, Paul Williams, Carlos Quintana, JCC Chavez Jr., Demetrius Andrade, Ronald Hearns
SMW - Lucian Bute, Mikkel Kessler, Librado Andrade, Sakio Bika, Jermain Taylor, Andre Ward, Andre Dirrell, Carl Froch, Jean Pascal, Allen Green, Edison Miranda
Jr.WW - Manny Pacquiao, Ricky Hatton, Ricardo Torres, Zab Judah, Timothy Bradley, Kendal Holt, Victor Ortiz, Lamont Peterson
WW - Miguel Cotto, Shane Mosley, Andre Berto, Antonio Margarito, Joshua Clottey, Kermit Cintron, and these british *****s be hyping up this Kell Brook kid never seen him though

but if i had to pick i'd say Junior Middleweight has the best potential fights....
