    The boy done good.

Irvin was a bit of a deer caught in the headlights though, I'd afraid.

Silva has the most explosive striking in the game right now that is for sure and will be dominate at 205 most likely for quite a while...

I think Rampage would give him a tussle if he gets his mind right.

I expected Silva to win but not that easily.....Irvin took one shot...and it was over....I'm sure Anderson wouldn't mind having another match at 205 against a top contendor.

I wonder if this fight will have any effect on Silva deciding at which weight he wants to fights at....

He did what he was supposed to. He withheld his position as on of the top 3 p4p fighter (2nd that is). I would be a lot more impressed if it was against some bigger name but this is an impressive win.

Irvin didn't really look that much bigger at the ref's instructions, so what little advantage Irvin had in size was obviously nullified by Andrson's skill. i'm sure Anderson would like to try a top 10 205 guy now.

I thought this could happen but didnt expect a brutal 1 punch KO like this whats great is Anderson did it from his opposite stance with a straight right. Irvin is no slouch the guy was the WEC Heavyweight Champion he has a decent resume hes KOed Scott Smith,Doug Marshall,Houston Alexander,Terry Martin,Hector Ramirez and even gave Thiago a tough go until he hurt his shoulder. Andersons basically got that 88 Tyson or 03 Jones thing going on where you wonder if he him losing is a possiblity.

Anderson looked like he belonged at 205 actually he didnt look small at all considering he fought a former Heavyweight.

I thought Anderson looked better ...at 185 he loses his muscle, but 2o lbs heavier he just keeps it...he should have no trouble at 205 if he decides to stay there. He's stonger, faster doesn't have to worry about weight cutting or dehydreiting himself as much. Only reason he doesn't want to dominate 205 is because his good friend Machida wants that belt.
