How about if Shane Mosley fights Andre Berto in spring, winner gets Pac?

    How about if Andre Berto fights Shane Mosley in the spring like March... then the winner gets Pacman in June or July? Wouldn't that be a better idea than Pac choosing anyone he wants?

    great idea , also gives us another great match to watch , the fight should be a barometer of both men , at that point of their career , is berto ready? is shane shot?

    Right, a perfect match for both.. and gives them more bargaining rights when facing Pacman.. its a win for eveyone... but maybe less for Mosley...

    JMM should also eargerly pursue a fight with either Mosley or Berto first (at 147) to further build his bid for a PAC 3rd fight...;);)

    Shane and Berto honestly fail to get me excited in a possible fight with Pacquiao.

    I want fresh blood or no blood at all, Berto is fresh but unproven, much rather see the winner of Bradley - Alexander get that payday, Berto is already making bucks fighting nobodies on HBO, screwing off HBO massively.

    Put Berto in with Williams and end his little cruise on HBO.

    It would be the perfect test for both Shane and Berto. Pac fights Marquez and Arum still makes a ton of money. Casual fans will watch any Pac fight so they're settled. Die hards will green light it since they favor JMM over Mosley as Pac's next opponent. Not much of a risk for Team Pac because both Roach and Ariza are confident that Pac can KO JMM. Afterward, whether he wins or loses, JMM can finally move on. It's a win for everyone.
