I doubt if Morales will be ready as he fights in September. Therefore absence of Bradley there is nothing mega at 140. Peterson is OK, but does not put the hairs up in the back of your neck. Maybe he should debut at 147 then? Senchenko defends his WBA 147 on 26 August and could be ready in time But a big name like Shane Mosley would do well in Vegas and PPV and wet the appetite for PBF.
Shane Mosley is a corpse and his pitiful performance against Pacquiao takes him out the running for Khan imo. I also cant see GBP working with him again after he knifed them in the back to get the Pac fight. Word is that Tim Bradley gets first crack at the winner of Morales and Matthyse anyway.
If its not going to be Bradley or Morales then he needs to move up for his next fight. Against Kell first then someone like Berto b`fore he starts thinking about Floyd late 2012.
no morales or mosley. beating them wont prove ****. just a sad way to get a name on ur record and both have proven too much to go out like that (mayb mosley already has but stil!!).
If Robert Guererro beats Maidana then he should fight Guererro, or even give Maidana a rematch if (and it's a big IF) Maidana wins.
If he can't get Morales or Bradley then he's got to hope Guererro beats Maidana, otherwise he may as well go to 147lb. Senchenko for WBA then fight winner of Berto vs Zaveck for the IBF. If he comes through this then he would be in a strong position to fight Floyd.
^^^ Nice post - become a two weight unified champ, then a Floyd fight would be monumental! Not a particularly difficult route to it either. Although it rarely works out like that
Khan would easily outclass a past it Mosley. So thinking about it now, i wont be surprised to see Khan make it happen.
