    Good answer!

    How about a mid 1930's ruleset but with a rather lenient ref.

    Oh and 15 rounds which I think helps one of these guys more than the other....

    If it's 1930's rules then Carnera beats Willard by decision. Primo had the slight edge in skill,imo.
