hey guys, I intend to participate in the amateur championship of my state, my boxing gym has classes 3x for weeks but I think I do not practice intensive la and so I follow up after I leave. I will share with you my training routine, give me an opinion, because this is my true dream.

Second - Biceps training, triceps shoulders and back and chest, fixed bar and push-ups

    Tuesday - 2-mile race

    Wednesday - rest

Thursday - 30x3 Abdominal, and 3x3 minutes of rope

    Friday - Shore and shoulder training on the fixed bar, and m o n k e y - bars

Saturday - 7 mile race, 4:00 am to the beach

Sunday - rest and good food

Nothing wrong with your training. A lot of that bar training really works. I was surprised how strong I got just only doing bar/bodyweight exercises. It's not easy at all and your body really adapts to it.

But what matters is in the ring. Can you punch first, back the other guy up and throw punches with mean intentions? That's the real test in the ring. Its hard to judge anyone without seeing them spar or hitting the bag. If you want it bad and it looks like you train hard, well you are half way there.
