How about Vic Darchinyan vs Gerry Penaloza ?

Vic will not last longer than he did in the Donaire fight. Gerry has slowed a bit but his excellent technical skills is still there and he's still faster than Vic. Unfortunately, Penalosa will not pay any attention to Vic as he is hell bent on fighting better and bigger opponents in his next few fights to cement his legacy before retiring for good.

 

This is a terrible matchup for Darchinyan. His awkward and relentless style is tailor-made for Penalosa. Penalosa unlike Mijares, can weather strong punches and has never been knocked down.

 

Never ever count GP out of a fight. The old man is a warrior. I bet he would give Vic more troubles than Arce gave to darchinyan. Vic is prone to a one punch KO. So I would give GP a shot.
