They decided to throw jet fuel and reignite the Top Rank and Golden Boy feud in very public matter and throw all their eggs into the basket of the proven mentally weak Ortiz, to simply steal TR thunder, for no apparent reason. Now this pissing match will never end.

How bad did Golden Boy lose, and quite honestly what the hell were they thinking putting the house on Ortiz

Top Rank wins this battle. Looks like I have to go back on my word and buy another

    Top Rank PPV.

Canelos face ringside when Ortiz quit was priceless, must have been thinking to himself, "What did Oscar drag me out here to Los Angeles for again?"

Regardless, it was a good fight. Top Rank can't put on good fights.

NO way Oscar thought Ortiz would lose like that, he already had Canelo lined up to fight him.

Ortiz just ****ed his career, but I don't see any issue with Golden Boy. It was still an exciting card with some great knockouts. While winning is important, getting attention and making people want to watch your fights is the real goal.

I don't think anyone will ever think Ortiz winning is a sure thing, ever.

Golden Boy may have lost the battle, but if they're smart not the war.
They have opitions for Alvarez. Even though trout looked boring against Rodriquez he holds half of the WBA championship. Unifaction bout draw a lot of intrest. Lara and Kirkland are also both under GBP.
