I think they get a little bit underrated. While most of them were not all time greats I think it is unfair to call them bums.

    Few points:
    1. Learn to quote properly.
    2. Stop using hundreds of fonts and colours. It´s too time consuming to answer you properly.
    3. Your posts are full of fanboy-stuff and twisted arguments. You´re a hardcore Vitali fan and have a proven anti-Louis agenda including making stuff up. Thus you talking about my cred is quite ironic.
    4. I´m tired of argueing with a wall and I have better things to do than to turn in circles.

I made my point, you don´t agree. You are wrong, I am right. Case closed.

    Thanks for the discussion. Bye.

Btw. did you answered McGrain´s question about the historians who have seen the whole Louis-Walcott I fight and told you about it yet?

    1. I can quote the way I choose. I had some PC issues lately, and missed over a week here.

    2. You do not say coutner what I say is not true on Louis. You can't

    3. You seem anit modern fighters to me.

    4. The crowd, Louis body language on flim, and the footage I have seen all show Walcott as the winner. That was my reply to Mcgrain who by the way never told me if the CBZ said anything about the Jim Johnson fight.

    1. Yes you can, don´t wonder if people don´t bother answering you though.
    2. I don´t because I made my point and discussions with you always go in circles I have bette things to do, Dr. Z.
    3. Yes totally that´s why I think Pac is a borderline Top20 ATG, that´s why 6 of my Top10 hws are from the 70s or later and I rank Wlad in the Top15. Because I´m so anti-modern.
    4. I followed your whole discussion with McGrain on that. And honestly, his arguments were a lot better than yours.

I guess that if Louis walked on water you could always argue that it proved that he couldn't swim!

He fought the top ten challenger yes. However, that dont mean the fighters were actually that great. You nit pick other peoples opposition (holmes, Tyson) but when it comes Louis you you use a different criteria which i feel is unjust. You allways call upon the "he fought the top ten" we know he did. what most is saying is if those top ten he fought, were of actual better quality than champions top ten opposition. John Ruiz was a top ten..just saying!!

One of the things which i am sure you will find with Joe Louis and which sets him apart from many of the other not quite so great fighters, is that when he is fighting the no 4 or five or six or even 10 fighter in the world, he has already beatan numbers 1 to 9. (i am sure that searches will pretty much show this). You cant fight the same fighters over and over again.
