Iv watched it numerous times,I had Kali as the victor by 2-3 rounds.

Close either way call or a robbery
    Thoughts?

Close fight.... The Aussie Aussie Aussie Oi Oi Oi crowd obviously thought it was a robbery but it was a fight that could've went either way

I remember watching it a couple times after the fight took place just to rescore it and had kali winning both times but close same as when I watched the tua vs ibeabuchi fight had tua winning but close, same sorta deal.

Sorry was this the breaking news forum Dog?

Seeing as Leapai is challenging for the title and is a huge underdog thought id bring it up...Seeing as Kali was in the same position a decade ago.

    :good

Well, no offense, but very few boxing historians are much fussed with rehashing anything to do with the career of Kali (or Lamon, for that matter - although he at least has a few more career intersections with leading notables that might see his name dredged up now and then)

It would be out of place in Classic or really anywhere outside the Aussie forum, the only place where more than 1% of readers will even have a passing familiarity with Meehan.

    It fits here. :good

There is hardly a tonne of contemporary Aussie boxing scene news to buzz about, is there? Unless I'm mistaken Hogan vs. Brown, Geale vs. Wood, and Mundine vs. Jackson are the biggest events on the horizon as far as the eye can see? :think Slow period, nothing wrong with looking back.
