Hughie has been sick for while, but he used to have some potential, let's see how he looks against Parker, then make a judgement. Is he still sick?
This fight couldve happened earlier as I heard Wilder was chasing up a fight with Fury but Fury turned him down. It doesnt entirely mean Fury wouldve lost, scared or anything like that as I dont know Furys situation at the time but one of these guys careers wouldve taken a dip had it happened.
as bad as Wilders resume is, hughie has faced no one in the top fifty. his best wins are Rudenko, a slow, short, fat, hw, and Kassi both short and old, with below average power. Peter Fury keeps his Proteges far from anyone with size and skill.
Wilder isn't exactly terrible, it's once he's hurt his opponent that he becomes terrible, genuinely bizarre. He can be out boxed, which hughie would probably do for a while. But eventually Wilder would get to him and the ref steps in as deontay is throwing things loosely resembling punches.
NOPE, only Aj would be beating dw and that's a very dangerous fight. Fury is so over rated, dw would annihilate him as would Aj, guaranteed. Just watch what a true top tier HW does to wlad, fury barely bested him and that was a LOST Wlad. Fury was a tiny bit less terrible than wlad. Wlad put on a F performance Fury put on a D performance
People complain about Wilder cherry picking cans and then they try to pair him up with another can in Hughie. lmao!
Ya think? I believe Tyson would ultimately outbox a desperate Wilder but H. Fury gets sparked out in 8 rounds. Then again I need to keep in mind my audience isnt the most impartial bunch. So looking at this through the limited microscope of the ethnocentric humanoid (Hughie does a number on the windmiller) does not work for you kind sir.
Wilder would knock Hughie in out in 3 rounds. Hughie doesn't have the power to hold off wilder but has the speed to evade for a few rounds then could see a wilder KO coming as the fight progresses
"Strongly favor"...that's interesting. So this dude was dropped heavily by Cunningham (a blown up cruiserweight) but you would "strongly favor" him to beat the best pure puncher in the division? Agreed that Wilder looked like sh!t Saturday, but to say you "strongly favor" a currently 300lb dude, with a questionable chin, who also has known glaring deficiencies, seems weird to me.
I said in shape Tyson Fury, at his best. The one that had a far better jab than Washington, was far more fluid and awkward, was taller, rangier, far, far better on the inside and in the clinches. I'd pick that particular Tyson Fury to beat Wilder by clear decision.
