Shut the **** up potty mouth......your question wasn't specific enough i.e. which version of Calzaghe are you talking about? The one that beat Lacey? or the one who was put on his arse by Hopkins and Jones?
**** you you idiot. Prime joe, the one that vacated the belt, the one that would of faced froch as froch was mandatory (iirc).
Joe had many average performances against lesser fighters than Froch. I reckon Calzaghe would probably win by a fair few rounds, but it would have been a live fight, the win isn't guaranteed.
Idiot?? :huh I'm not the imbecilic knob cheese who can't frame a ****ing question correctly:-(....vacating the belt tells us all we need to know, Froch destroys him
For ****s sake...look at Froch. His co-ordination and athleticism is a joke. He'd have no chance against an athletic, thinking fighter that doesn't gas.
I'd say Calzaghe was more awkward than athletic, its his engine, hand speed, durability and ability to shift up his rhythm that would see him beat Froch by a massive margin IMO. And Nipple=Get ****ed :good
Depends really, Calzaghe's only really impressive performances came against Kessler and Lacy. Lacy was out reached and mentally unprepared. Kessler was very one dimensional- but had class, and had his moments against Calzaghe. Presuming that a fired up on form Calzaghe turned up then there would be no question he wins- maybe by stoppage though I think Froch is made of sterner stuff then any of Calzaghe's stoppage victims so more then likely Joe's hands would crack before froches chin. A sub par Calzaghe ie the one who fought bika, reid, ashira, starie, salem, gonzalez, giminez etc etc- would be beaten.
