How badly would margarito up oscar de la hoya

DLH would get mauled by Margarito. Absolutely no doubt in my mind.

Santos hit Margarito with his best shot and Margarito was still there. And that 170lb man was gasping for air halfway as Margarito was still punching the **** out of him.

Just too physical and too hungry. This wouldn't be like the Vargas fight where DLH would have someone he could hurt. Margarito would be all over DLH along the ropes and probably inside like he was against Cintron. The left hook to the body would end it!

 

DLH has a good chin and is around Toni's size, ie much bigger and tougher than Cotto. However, DLH is an old man in boxing terms and his stamina is shaky, so I could see a second half mauling, but not as badly as you lot seem to think

 

I'd pick DLH to win.
