Mosley would win, but Tszyu would have his moments.

Mosley likes to exchange and tends to leave himself open down the middle. Tszyu was an intelligent, accurate guy with a terrific straight right hand down the middle.

It would be a good competitive fight. Ultimately I have to make Shane the favorite to win.

I agree that Shane would win, great fight. Both would have there moments but i see Shane winning via decision possibly split.

This is a weird thread, personally I would make the fight a 50-50 and I could just as easily see Tszyu KO'ing Shane as shane KO'ing Tszyu.

Lets not forget that Forrest practically had Mosely out on his feet and Forrest isn't a devastating puncher.

Well people are either underrating Tszyu or overrating Mosley, but Mosley @ 154 against Vargas or even @ 147 in 2007 is not the same as he was around the 1997-00 period when he was at 135, and then moved up to 147, which was when he was close to Tszyu's weight.

Tszyu has taken some huge shots throughout his entire career and not looked hurt very often. Mosely has been hurt just as many times in my opinion. Tszyu has never appeared troubled by bodyshots either and he took alot in the Hatton fight.

I'm surprised people think his chin is suspect. I know some haters are gonna keep bringing up the Phillips fight (again?) He took helacious shots from Phillips throughout ten rounds with little regard for defence, and if you watch the knock-out punch on youtube, he walked right into a fantastic right that I reckon would have floored most guys. He still didn't go down and was stopped Castillo style against the ropes and walked out of the ring.

Hatton fight he didn't get knocked down and his face was a mess at the end but I never saw him on ***** street in that fight. He looked old, unconditioned and unmotivated more than anything.

Hurtado gave him a few flash knock-downs but nothing significant. Each time Tszyu got straight back up and chased Hurtado across the ring throwing punches without much defence again. He didn't look worried about being hit with more at all. In fact, he nearly stopped Hurtado at the end of the round, you can see Hurtado doesn't know where his corner is.

Judah gave him a fantastic uppercut and we know Judah has some pop, but people over-rate the effect it had. Tszyu is clearly in control as he backpeddled and ties Judah up. Soon as the action starts again Tszyu goes forward and whacks Judah before the round ends and the fight is over not long after.

No way Mosely would knock Tsyzu out. No way Mosely does it in 5. If there was a knock-out in the fight it would be Tszyu knocking Mosely out. Tszyu would be the dangerous fighter in the early rounds.

It's a 50/50. Tszyu in my opinion was a brilliant fighter with as much skill as anyone who fell in love with his power as his career wore on and disregarded much of his earlier skill and head movement. If you're lucky to see some of his amateur fights (not just the forrest one) you'll see why Teddy Atlas and Chris Byrd said that an amateur Tszyu was the best boxer they had ever seen. You can see some of this in his early pro fights, the Rodriguez one he stands in front of the guy with hands down and dodges punches with head movement while standing stationary like the punches are in slow-mo.

Tszyu's mistake was losing to Phillips right when he was on the verge of securing a big name fight. He'll always have a question mark over his resume because of it.

Mosely and De La Hoya used to watch Tszyu fights in admiration. I've read stuff from both guys saying that no fight with Tszyu would be easy and he was a fighter both respected greatly.

Mosely Tszyu is 50/50. I think Tszyu has a chance against anyone at 140.

He didn't hurt Collazo??? He wasn't hurt when he went down???

Oh and SHane isn't in his prime right now either and look what he did in the 2nd Vargas fight. And Vargas is alot bigger then Tsyzu anyway.

    Mosley TKO 10

Most sensible post I have read...

If Tszyu had beaten Hatton he would be on al lot of p4p lists as no 1.

Zoo was quality, and would have given SSM a hell of a time. A proper 50/50 fight we never got to see.

Only outside of America, they prefered Bernard "I lose plentiful rounds to boardline contenders" Hopkins.
