I think he knew it coming in, he said 'if the fastest boxer always won Ali and Leonard would be undefeated'. This fight reminded me of Duran-Leonard a bit

Come to think it, how would a peak Hatton deal with Khan? Especially as he is a come forward pressure fighter.

It would be a good close fight and tough to call, I could see it going either way

Hatton is different to Peterson, Peterson has a better defence outside and is technically much better. Hatton does other things better.

Don't lie. You expected a Khan UD as did i. If it wasn't for the point deductions he would have won.

Not too much of a shock to me. I knew Peterson would come to fight.

Can't wait for the rematch though!

Not a huge shock. We all knew Peterson would be tough.I thought it would be Khan by decision but knew he would have a hard fight.

I was pretty shocked to be honest, I thought Amir would keep the fight on the outside and pepper Peterson with flurries all night long....refreshing to see Peterson making a fight out of it, and a ref that doesnt allow blatent cheating. I thought Peterson probably should have won, even without the points deductions (which were fully justified).

Not really a shock, you lose 1.2 points before you even step in the ring and getting 2 points deducted did not help at all, tbh i think they cost him the fight i think he was loooking at a draw tbh

    This

ADD the fact Khan is basically a fast hitter who scores lots of points at once on the front foot on the outside as his only main strength , and has serious defensive floors and has no inside game and this defeat was always possible. The media go ahead of themselves. Also add to the fact the previous performances, being dropped by numerous journeymen and being laid unconscious by a Colombian road sweeper. His elevation to elite level was undeserved.

I won allot of money....but there was no way i would have bet if the fight was outside of DC. Even then I thought GBP would work their magic and but they didnt.

I'm not shocked cos i've never been on this Khan's brilliant bandwagon i just felt the Judah fight he improved and Peterson would have a hard ask but was capable. I sat back not with any expectations just hoping Peterson proved he was far from a 'warm up' and he did!.
