    Summary...

    Moonlight (Olu) said that Spence will KO and retire Pac.

    I asked him how confident he was that Spence will KO Pac and told him I would bet him $500 that Spence will not KO Pac.

    I proceeded to define the terms of the bet even going into detail about who would hold the money.

    Moonlight responded with a $2,000 bet to which I told him I'm only willing to bet $500 (as my horse is 42 years old and 2 years inactive).

    Moonlight won't take the $500 bet.

    Also should mention that Moonlight doesn't even understand the bet because he argued that he shouldn't lose the bet if Pac is battered to a pulp and goes the distance. I mean, the sole purpose of the bet to win money based on whether Spence KOs Pac or not.
