Personally i rthink Nazim in Shanes corner is a great asset, the guy is super boxing intelligent, knows how to make his fighters stick with game plans and comes up with very good tactical attcks.I liked how he had Shane bully Margo i thought it was great. He has proved to be a very important part of Bernards longevity as well.To be honest i always thought Shane would be a big threat to Floyd stylewise and having Nazim instead of his father will only improve his chance of success.
at this stage of shane's career naz isnt just important but indispensable. what naz seems to be able to do w/ fighters who still have skill but are older and seemingly more willing to buy into a gameplan and not just ditch it at the sound of the opening bell in incredible. how many fighters do you hear say after a loss that they just didnt stick to the gameplan, etc. naz's fighters usually don't give that speech.
Although IMO trainers get a little too much credit, Bro Nas has a lot of credibility. Hes been with BHop for years as an asistant to Bowe Fisher & is responsible for finding illegaly wrapped hands on Tito in 2001 & Margo last year. I think that he will send Shane in the fight with an effective game paln, but Shane will be the one who has to execute it. I still think PBF wins the fight UD anyway.
Naz is gonna be a big asset for sure... But, coming up with game-plans to beat ham and eggers like Pavlik and Concreto is a whole lot easier than finding the key to unlock the Mayweather matrix. I'm looking forward to seeing what subtle little techniques they come up with to upset Floyd's apple cart.
He'll be of massive assistance on the night, and I'm itching to know how he'll go about unlocking the Mayweather code. This 24/7 is going to be the best ever!
Having Nazim is HUGE for Mosley. in a big fight like this, especially against a fighter of Floyd's caliber you need a competent corner. Also Nazim will be able to structure a gameplan, something Mosley's corner has lacked in some of his big fights in the past (particularly against Cotto). If Mosley had his father, I would say Mayweather wins definately, but with Nazim I think Shane has a legit chance to win. Nazim knows boxing inside out, and Shane has confidence in him witch is also a big plus.
I think him and maybe that designer roids have played a part in his and B-Hops sudden rejuvination of their careers at an advanced age. I hope not but find it odd that both look a decade younger since they started " working with him"
Huge without Nazim I think Shane has little to no chance. With Nazim he will actually develop a strategy for Shane to follow and give him the best chance.
You know Brother Naz is watching tape as we speak, coming up with a superior gameplan for Floyd. Bhop and fishnet Oscar will probaby help Shane out as well.
:deal No disrespect to Jack Mosley but I really think he would be lost trying to figure out Mayweather like he was in the Forrest fights.
