for either Klitschko brother, if the fight would happen after a Haye win over Ruiz and Haye would retire after losing to one of the klits.?

I know Haye beat Valuev, but if a fight with one of the klitschkos take place immediately after the Ruiz fight it won't be big enough, cause Haye needs at least 1 more big heavyweight scalp where he can show his potential without excuses like I broke my hand etc. Haye had a very good win in Germany but I still thinks his resume at heavyweight lacks.

assuming that Haye has skills, speed, punch and isn't clearly fat/overweight the win over him would be decent

Who cares. Anybody over 6'0+ with athleticism and size is playing football or basketball because they can make millions of dollars sitting on the bench. Also they don't have to get punched in the face. Hence, the heavyweight division has nothing but bums.

Real talent is in the lower divisions, HWs are dead.
