Boytsov is great to watch fight. Guys got decent overall speed, good footwork, great upper body movement. He doesn't neglect his jab, he's got good power, likes to mix it up (**** yeah) and from mid range he has brutal accuracy. Hope he did everything he could to keep up his skills and athleticism up while recovering from surgeries. If he did then we are gonna get some great fights over the next few years. As for the OP question. Back in 2008 is was apparent that Rahman could no longer handle speed. The first minute of the third round against Wlad is a perfect example. Wlad landed 24 (I think) clean jabs. Rahman just couldn't find a way to evade. He wasn't even seeing some of them coming. Wlad has teeing off on Rahman's face with full power, slipping straight through Rahmans guard like it was nothing. So speed kills for Rahman and Dennis has got more than enough of it. Plus good tools to use when putting the hurt on The Rock.
^ What he said. Boytsov desperately needs to face good opposition, right now, (I can't wait!) but Rahman isn't it.
What´s with you and Rahman today? He´s a dinosaur and he won´t be a productive test for anyone these days. Boytsov needs to fight someone in the top 10 soon. My feeling is younger fighters like DB are just stalling for the K-bros to retire because they perceive them as unbeatable and Boytsov is a midget in comparison. Lastly, Boytsov should not garner too much attention from us until he beats someone of note. His best career win is over Maddalone ffs. Time for a legit challenge Denis.
Boytsov just got over hand surgery, he had surgery two times, this time he will be fine. He would knock Rachman out!!!
