how boxers put so much weight the day of the fight?

    I know with foods and much fluids but how its done night to the morning?>

    Generally speaking, lbs. can be put on after a hard workout and strict diet. When a certain goal has been reached light exercise and plenty of rest should be advised after a medical checkup.

    becuase they don't weigh in then fight the next day... they have a good amount of time to get everything back in their body.

    Because they dehydrate and rehydrate simple. At least 80% or more of the bodies composition is water.

    That can't be healthy.

    Is that why the weigh in and fights are no longer on the same day?

    On a typical weigh in day what would a boxer eat?

    Crash dieting isn't healthy, sweating is. That's basically what we do before we weight in, sweat it all out

    Sweat out some weight then after the weigh in and up until the fight you're constantly drinking water?

    How much water do you have to drink and how much weight can you put on doing this?

    Thats nonsensical. By sweating you are dehydrating. That is the only way to loose the last amounts of diffcult weight to shift. Dehydrating to make weight is never healthy and why the weighin's were changed to the day before to allow fighters time to rehydrate thus negating the effects of permanent brain damage.

    yes, but you also forget you sweat when you pretty much do anything, even when you're sitting you are sweating. As long as you don't lose too much fluid from your body you should be ok

    ?? not true your body only sweats when your overheating to cool itself down, how would sitting down cause you to sweat?

    :lol: Wow.. Do you actually understand the diffrence from perspiring normally and making weight in sweats or in a Sauna? Do you understand the implications of dehydrating its effect on performance as well as its adverse effect on internal organs as well as the vital minerals lost during heavy perspiration? Im guessing you dont from your statement.
