How brave is Canelo for offering an old man fight a year from now?

bout as brave as golovkins promoter was telling ward in 2015 "we have no interest...now or in 2016...but maybe in 2017 it might be possible"....i'd put them about even in terms of bravey

As I recall, Golovkin refused to fight 51 year old Hopkins by saying he'd fight him in 2-3 years.
For those who can't add, that would make Hopkins between 52 and 53 before Golovkin has the nuts to face him.

This is where I can't see the point in putting either guys down depending on who you like,it's obvious Canelo is doing what Oscars says,save it for if the fight doesn't get made by next fall as there's enough money for both and no reason for both to ignore it,Mayweather v Manny situation this is not.
As crazy as it sounds I reckon Canelo will have more success against GGG than he does against Saunders who is faster and more elusive than GGG.
