yeah ive read it you tried to dismiss the whole post because you disagree with a small insignificant part of it.I'll take pro boxers opinion over armchair fans everyday of the week. :good
Lewis dominated the second strongest era in heavyweight history. Joe Clazaghe held an alphabet soup title in an obscure division for a decade. Log out. Create new account. Start again.
Thats good!:good Who ****ing cares what you think..I didnt even quote you! Dont take my word for it...according to most of the posters in here (excluding you) they seem to think the thread starter opinon means jack ****...If you dont like what I typed..Ignore me or shut the **** up! Keep it moving Son!:nono
A shot Lewis got a W from Vitali. Pretty impressive concidering I don't see anyone beating Vitali today, not even his brother Wald. Plus he has a way beter resume.
Its not my opinion tho it is dickhe*d.....if Im not mistaken didnt you vote in Bush so dont say American polls cant be wrong. The problem is you dont consider boxers to be any good unless they have fought majority of career in America.Read up what Dawson says about Calzaghe and educate yourself alittle bit,now theirs a guy who has a better understanding of boxing than you.Which fighter did Calzaghe beat that hurt you so much, was it LAcy,Hopkins or Jones?.
When lewis met tyson he was shot in 02. The top fighters lewis fought were not all at the top of their games at that point. Not Lewis's fault but beating a 02 version of tyson compared to an early 90's version is comparible with calzaghe and jones.
Man shut the hell up. I dont need to read up on ****...I got my opinion and you or anybody else cant make me change how I feel...Deal with you ****ing crybaby:|...Whats your point anyways?..Just move on..We dont agree on the subject at hand so deal with! And I will listen to many other boxing writers than you so it works both ways dude. Why dont you just kindly **** off! :****off You're really annoying!
Huh. I can't help but notice that they are all British and/or heavily associated with British boxing. Where's the international kudos?
Fair point I'd like to hear the world view but surely if the question was greatest American boxer you wouldn't be giving much kudos to say German opinion.
I can see the argument for post-war, but I'd still put Lewis ahead of him, and frankly if Hatton beats Pacquiao and the Bradley/Holt winner, I'd put Hatton ahead of him too. There's no good argument for Calzaghe ahead of Fitzsimmons or Wilde though. There's also a decent argument for Ken Buchanan ahead of Calzaghe, who's also post-war.
Post War Brits- 1) Lewis 2) Ken Buchanan Are in a diffrent league imo..... I can also name quite a few Fighters with more impressive wins.... Joe is in the Brit top 5 because of his longetivity and "0" but there are more impressive wins out there. And Lewis and Joes resumes can not be Compared..... Lewis wins this hands down
