How can anyone say that Hopkins is the best LHW?

Hopkins will be remebered down under for running away from a multimillion dollar fight.

 

I don't believe Hopkins said he was the best LHW, he's complimented Dawson's skills before.

 

I'm a Hopkins fan but definitely feel that Chad Dawson is the top dog at 175.

We don't really know where to rate Hopkins at 175 atm. Not too many known contenders there. Jean Pascal is probably one of the top contenders and he was coming up from 168. And Dawson had been fighting Hopkins' left overs in Tarver and Johnson. So yea...Dawson needs to start fighting these other guys.

Hopkins get a pass because he's old now, should have retired a few years earlier with his legacy already secure.

 

Even at this age, he's still great

 

Tarver is the only genuine LH bernard has ever beat.

I say Dawson is the man now.
