How can anyone think Green will beat Hopkins

age will finally come to hopkins.....green will show him the way out...

it's a natural process....and it will eventually come

 

Considering he hit Jones in the back of the head im going with Hopkins by a clinic ..That fight with Jones proved nothing ..Unless Hopkins shows every bit of 40 this is going to be a Hopkins snozer to a UD .

I believe Danny Green is a real tough guy and he can give Hopkins a lot of trouble inside. However, it takes a combination of physical and mental toughness along with boxing skills to beat Bernard, even at this stage... And if Taylor of old had that ability along with the punch to make Bernard fight on the back foot and still stay behind on points, I don't think these new kids on the block can do it - Adamek can be outslicked like Dawson proved; Dawson can be seriously hurt and slowed down like both Johnson and Adamek proved; Bute is too green to play Hops games... I do believe that RJJ still had he speed, the tricks and the mental edge to have the chance to upset Bernard but hopefully for Bernard that one probably went down the toilet... Bernard can lose but I doubt it... Green won't get that close to Hopkinsand when he does, he's gonna take some stunning uppercuts first.

 

Mate it's not about comparing Jones to Hopkins its about how people rated Green's chances against an ATG in Jones and consequently his chances against another ATG in Hopkins.Don't twist my post to suit your reply buddy...

 

Fact is RJJ looked fast and good before he got hit......I picked RJJ before the Green fight and got egg on my face.

I think BHOP has more left than RJJ however I'm going for Green as the underdog.

 

If your not comparing hopkins and jones.....WTF are you talking about?

im excited about this fight because i hope bernard really roughs him up instead of winning a boring decision.

 

green will be schooled and picked apart! it will be painful!

Unless Bhop has seriously got old overnight then I can't see any way for Green to win.

But if Bhop comes in and he is like 10-15% slower etc then Green has his puncher's chance.

I don't doubt that Green has the power to hurt anyone. I just don't think he will land it on the current version of Bhop.
