Like you said earlier, how can I truly form an opinion on the fight if I didn't see the fight? I see what you're saying dude and I'm not trying to disrespect you or anything but I just rather remember Mosley for what he was once rather than the shot fighter he is know but I'll still support him but after the Mayweather fight I can't say I want him to continue his career but I'll continue to support him. Not really. I've seen almost all of Shane's fights and seen the best of him. I've "listened to most of his music" but I "heard bad reviews of his last albums near the end of his career and he's clearly not the musician he used to be". Much love dude but I hope you see at least a little of what I said.
1. how is my post "killing boxing" you complete and utter ******?? 2. yes, it was one of the worst fights in history.but whats that got to do with the robbery? 3. i'm from the uk, so don't pay that much for fights.i'm paying £6.99 a month for a channel that shows boxing. 4. refs don't score fights, judges do.
It looked like Mora had the chance to ko Mosley but he never took that option, he just stuck to his gameplan to make it akward as possible for Mosley. Because Mora didnt adjust was why he didnt win the fight. Some of these so called Mosley fans though are so fickle, love him when hes knocking out but slagg him off when he`s not at his best. Stick to your guns boys ffs.
That's fair enough mate I see what you mean now, thanks for the explanation:good You say you want him to stop fighting, do you think Shane fighting some good, tough 'come forward' fighters like Margarito would be the way to go? Rather than slick boxers and good movers anyway.......I feel he can still perform againsed this kind of opposition very well, should he need to fight on.
I don't know anymore. I'll watch Cotto/Mosley II but I see Cotto boxing his ears off. I'll still see it if I can as I'm a fan of both fighters but Shane's my fav and has been since '03 or '04.
"How is my post killing boxing"...did you not read the ****ing post you responded to, I mean I felt I was pretty clear in illustrating my point. While I may be an "utter ******", obviously your reading comprehension falls into the "utter ******" range. I mean you are crying about someone with a differing opinion, boo ****ing hoo, you are wrong and whether you choose to see or admit that is irrelevant to me, but damn near every credible/reputable outlet for boxing news anywhere in the world along with several of your peers, disagree. But the travesty of the fight isn't in the decision, it's in the God awful product sold to unsuspecting customers. If I were a casual fan and exchanged US currency for that God awful bull****, I would never allow the word "boxing" to be spoken in home, and that **** stick is what's killing boxing, not you holding a minority position that is completely unsupported by any shred of credible evidence, and then claiming everyone in the world but you is wrong. That doesn't hurt boxing, it just makes you look like a stupid ****.
YOU CANNOT WIN A FIGHT AND LAND LESS THAN 6 PUNCHES PER ROUND AND THATS THAT:deal SERGIO AVG LESS THAN 6 PUNCHES PER ROUND LANDED...:hat:rofl
as i said they must have been miscalculated. and espn doesnt mean ****.if it isnt about pacquiao it aint boxing to them.besides everyone once said the world was flat but that didnt make it true
HENDO, unlike most of the time... I'm with you on this. Mora made Shane miss all night and landed many solid counter shots. Shane looked great in certain exchanges but his flailing pitter-patter shots hit a lot of air and gloves, while Mora nailed him cleanly in between. If anyone was robbed, it was Sergio Mora.
