How Can Dana White Say Fedor Is Not The #1 Heavyweight?

    I still think Rampage V. Fedor would be very competitive. And I am sure people will adamantly disagree, but I think I am correct in my assessment. This is not a knock against Fedor but a strong endorsement of Rampage's fighting acumen.
