How can Donaire, Cotto and Hopkins be above Chad Dawson in the p4p rankings?

I think it's cuz Hopkins and Cotto have better wins than Dawson.

CC beat molitor in canada. He was a 3-1 underdog and unify the 122 belt. top 10 p4p in accomplishment during that time but juanma lopez, ward, martinez, haye and the Klits are now better fighters that caballero

    Cotto: Mosley> Tarver
Hopkins: Jones> Tarver(even though Jones has been on the declined for a while) I think you have to look at the longevity with hopkins.

Molitor wasn't a top 10 p4p fighter, and we were talking about wins over top 10 p4p ranked fighters. Irrelevant.

Another stupid thing about Donaire being 5 on the list is he only appeared on it a year ago. This was still 2 years after the Vic fight, so he must of got onto the list based on other people moving down the rankings. If Shane and Marquez lose their next fights the Ring will probably move Donaire up to number 3 lol.

That's a very good point, and kind of destroys the argument put forward earlier on this thread that you get on if you beat a top 10 ranked fighter.

Yeah it would make no sense to change the list every time someone beat a top ten ranked fighter, the super 6 guys would be constantly in and out of the rankings.

Hopkins is ahead because of his past accomplishments. His wins over Pavlik, Tarver, DLH, and Eastman outweigh an older Tarver and an older Glen Johnson whom Hopkins had beaten.

Cotto and Donaire don't make a lick of sense to me. Cotto has no signature wins that should place him above Dawson, and Donaire's best was against Darchinyan, but outside of that he has been facing nothing in the league of Johnson, Tarver, Adamek, or Harding.

Because Dawson doesn't have any spectacular wins, he is a boring BOXER.
