he beat DLH at 154, he beat the two linear champs at the time..he beat a ww champ in hatton who beat collazzo, he is favored to beat Pac...he is the best fighter at ww, whether that should have him ranked #1 is still debatable but we will find out the 13th I hope

FLoyds victory over Oscar does count for something at Welterweight. He beat a guy who beat a guy who gave THE guy hell. Welterweight rankings arent based on pure resume but perceived skill of the fighter aswell. And beating a 154lb Oscar at your 5th weight class is an accomplishment while being the reigning champ at Welter
