Outside of a lucky shot, Floyd will only be beat by a fighter much larger than him. The fighter must possess enough power to hurt Floyd to the body and I mean being able to hurt just hitting his arms, shoulder, etc. Since there is no guy around Floyd's size that possesses power like that, the fighter will inevitably likely be from MW. The fighter will also require enough quickness to be able to cut off the ring on Floyd. As we all know, if Floyd wants to move and box you, it will take a special fighter to be able to cut him off and somehow lay that power on him.

If I had to choose I would say GGG seems like he has the type of power that could make Floyd move. Question would be could GGG move, box and out land Floyd for a win?

i think cottos gameplan was the best possible way you could beat mayweather.. but even he was not good enough to do it.

Similar, but Floyd would be at a much greater size disadvantage since SRR was actually a MW and there would likely be a weight difference of 20+ lbs in the ring. The biggest weight difference SRR ever fought at was 16.5 lbs. Also, Robinson carried his power up where Floyd never really had concussive 1 punch power. I've always believed that if Floyd had SRR's power, he would be a shoe in for the greatest boxer ever.

I don't. People give Cotto to much credit in that fight. Floyd fought Cotto's fight so the fans could be entertained. If he wanted to he could have boxed Cotto's ass off and likely would have never gotten the little bloody nose he did.

floyd wasnt at his best in that fight. he was on the ropes when he got the bloody nose. its not like he was trading with Miguel in the center of the ring.

If any of these guys fought from 130-154 vs Floyd they would win
    Vernon Forrest
    Winky Wright
    Hagler
    Hearns
    Duran
    Leonard
    Sergio
    Paul Williams
    Willie Pep
    Henry Armstrong
    Sugar Ray Robinson
    Sam Langford

and more that I can't think of right now

He was on the ropes on purpose. He chose to fight that way.

If you don't think Floyd could have slipped out of most of those positions on the ropes then I'd challenge whether you have watched enough of Floyd. Not a doubt in my mind that Floyd laying on the ropes was his willingness more so than what Cotto did.

Void is extremely afraid of Pac..............why? Because styles make fights and Pac is, by far, the wrong style for Void. Void know this, thus he is still running from Pac like a pig from a gun...............Golovkin would beat Void, would at 154, so would Martinez, not to mention all the greats of the past...........such as Duran, Leonard, Hearns, etc.

maybe but lets not forget floyd didsay he was unhappy with that fight because of how he trained with roger. floyd loves being on the ropes it just takes a smart boxer to be able to land on him when he is there.. how many times have you seen guys tee off on floyd on the ropes an they get nothing but counterpunched. cotto puthim onthe ropes and worked in head and body combinations behind his jab IT WAS BEAUTIFUL. i mean dont get me wrong cotto is a HOF boxer and the way he was working behind his jab with floyd on the ropes was cottos natural style but even with all that floyd still outfought him. as challanging as cotto made that fight i see that as one that shows just how great floyd is
