How can Floyd pick an opponent in 2 weeks?

    It wont be Khan as he'll be recovering from Ramadan.
    Thurman and Porter wouldnt sell enough PPV.
    The only two left are Maidana II or Garcia.
    Im slightly edging to Garcia, an unbeaten fighter with a large following.

    Look at the amount of PPVs we have seen this far in 2014. The market is being flooded so of course PPV is down.

    Floyd last PPV was by far the best yet for 2014:good

    Looks like Floyd's best career win will be Corrales.

    After what Herrera was able to do to Danny though I would expect that to negatively impact numbers. Unless the fight was at 140, then it might be ok.

    I agree that if it is happening that quick it would be Maidana. I was surprised how close the fight was... but would be SHOCKED if Floyd lost more than 2 rounds in a rematch. Maybe casuals would be intrigued though.

    What are you even talking about? This thread isn't about who dictates... it's about Floyd making the best financial decision on who to select and that there isn't an obvious money fight out there.
