At 18 years old You're still filling out. If you want to put more weight on though you need more carbs and protien and you have to find more time for meals during the day, plus hit the weight. You'll put some weight on quik, but then it will taper off (putting on the pounds) once your body has adjusted.
hit the weights. I used to be 71kg at age 18 a few years later im up to 95kg. Eat lots of carbs and protein (protein shakes help as well).
i have heard it all now ha ha, most people would worry how to lsoe wieght, no but seriously lot of carbs and substantial meals
you need to lie about in the house or if its a nice day outside. and no excercise at all so no ****ing for about a month
I was able to put on a few pounds by working out, taking CE2 and NO2 daily, and Whey Protien. The thing is though, i didn't notice much weight gain at all until a few months after I stopped taking the suppliments, i shot right up. Since New Years I haven't eaten any sugar, and have all but eliminated body fat. I'm holding about 5 lbs heavier than before using suppliments, probably about 15-20% less body fat. Is that how the chick in your avatar did it?
Eat nutritious food, 5 meals per day (3000-4000 calories). Don't eat junk, nutritious food will help you recover from your workouts. Proper supplementation: whey protein before workouts, whey protein and maltodextrin after workouts (1000-2000 calories/day) weight training in circuit (4 days a week, 1 training day, 1 day off, 1 training day, 1 day off, etc.) Its actually more complex than that, but that's a rough approx.
