How can i gain weight?

    How did you work this one out? I can't see a post where he gives his height and or weight.

    Uh, he actually did give a post. Read his other thread. He says he was like 6'1 and 140+ -150+ lbs. He does not know his weight accurately. But if he were say 150+ lbs, if he gains more than 10 lbs, then he would be probably overweight.
