drink tons of water a 4 days prior stop at the 3rd day and sauna time. you can lost lots of water weight even if your all muscle(i swear everytime i tell someone to lose fat they tell me they are all muscle)
stupidest thign i have ever heard. heres wat u do. dont eat or drink the day before the fight and the day of the fight. if ur stil overweight run in a garabage bag suit. works evertime. then eat and drink right after weighins.
when you drink lots of water your body starts dehydrating faster and a sudden stoppage will help you lose out water really fast, this is what most the kids in my wrestling team does. it was merely advice i heard and to younghypno, just admit your wrong, if you really did want to say wearing a garbage bag you more than probably wont add suit to it and its not so hard to get one, i can get them for $20 usd online
